Since these are short term and the amount of milk that your toddler is receiving is less than an infant would, this combo is not problematic.

NSAID/Muscle relaxers
Hello,
I tweaked my neck a week ago and all OTC remedies have not worked. I went to UC tonight (I do not have a PCP for a few more weeks), and the doctor told me I am having severe muscle spasms. He prescribed me methocarbamol 750mg, dexamethasone 4mg, and Meloxicam 15mg. The doctor rushed out before I had a chance to mention I'm still breastfeeding my 2.5 year old. The nurse that was with him said it should be okay since I'm not taking it long-term. All the research I have done online is giving mixed answers on whether it is safe or not. Mainly because all the answers are focused on infants and premature babies and I'm nursing a toddler. Thank you for your helpTags: None
