Adderall recommended dosage

Hello,

I was scouring the forums and I saw that the recommended dosage for Adderall was 20 mg. Is that 20 mg in total? Or would it be 20 mg twice per day if you have a fast release? I am on 10 mg twice per day and it is not helping, and I was thinking of raising my dosage, that is why I am asking.

Doubling your dose would depend on a lot of factors, and it might increase the risks to your infant, such as excitement, insomnia, anorexia, etc. I'd do so only after talking with your pediatrician.
