I’ve read the suggested replys regarding how to minimize the dose to my 2 mo old baby, but confused by “weight gain†as something to watch out for, right along with poor appetite.. which Would cause poor weight gain (I can only assume). Can you please clarify what is meant by weight gain being a possible side affect for my baby? Seeing as weight gain is considered a good thing for a growing baby.. isn’t it?

Weight gain is imperative for proper brain development in infants. When we say to monitor "weight gain" we mean make sure your infant is gaining weight appropriately.
