Dear Myriam, I spoke with Dr Hale about Rupatadine. He stated the structure of this
medication is similar to loratadine (Claritin), he believes it would
probably be safe to use during breastfeeding. This medication is
non-sedating, nevertheless, we would recommend monitoring the infant for
sedation. I hope this is helpful.
