    This combination of sedating drugs is concerning in this young of a baby. Based on the medications alone, I would say that this mom is not a good candidate for breastfeeding. Can you please call the IRC call center with dosages so that we can discuss options?

    Combination of Pristiq, buspirone, clonazepam, lurasidone, trazodone

    I have a mom whose psychiatrist is wanting to put her on Pristiq, Buspirone, Clonazepam, Lurasidone, and Trazodone. Her baby is currently 2 weeks old. I know all of those meds individually are L2-L3. What do you think about the combination of all of them for the mom of a newborn?
