Xanax and resuming breastfeeding

Hi,
I had a panic attack and took 1mg of Xanax one time about 16 hours ago.
I have been feeding pumped milk and pumping and pouring out my milk since.
Is it necessary to wait 24 hours to resume breastfeeding or can I resume now?
