  • Cutaneous T cell lymphoma

I have a Mom, 6 weeks pp, who has been diagnosed with Cutaneous T cell lymphoma. She is to have PUVA Radiation and oral chemo. Her oncologist mentioned she could have any one of these meds. At this point she does not know for how long. It might be for a finite time or she could be on it for a longtime. Like all breast feeding Moms, she is heart broken to know that she probably will need to wean. My question is, can she breast feed? If not, if she knows the amount of time she will need to be treated could she pump and dump with a certain half life time in mind for the future? Possible drugs Bortezomib (Velcade), Denileukin difitox (Ontak), Pralatrexate (Folotyn), Romidepsin (Istrodax), Vorinostat (Zolinza)
