Piascledine

Hello
Is it safe to take 1 capsule of Piascledine (Avocado oil unsaponifiables, soya-bean oil unsaponi
fiables ) daily for 3 months if I am breastfeeding a 1-year old? She also has solid food 3 times a day.

There have not been any studies that specifically examine the safety of this supplement in breastfeeding mothers. Both oils are considered safe by the FDA for adult consumption. As a general rule with breastfeeding, you should try to limit your intake of nutritional supplements to a level similar to what you would eat as part of a normal diet.
