Sorry, but we have no data on piritramide. Nothing has been published on its use in breastfeeding mothers. While it is close chemically to pethedine, it is about 75% as potent as morphine, with fewer side effects.
I would suggest it is probably well absorbed orally, but I don't know this for sure. I would still suggest using Morphine instead, at least we know it penetrates milk poorly, and is poorly absorbed orally, all which lead to reduced levels in breastfed infants.
