  • Acetaminophen RID level

Could you tell me the reference source for the study which supports an infant relative infant dose (RID) of 24.23% as quoted in the acetaminophen (paracetamol) monograph in the Medications and Mother's milk reference source.

I don't honestly know how this estimate got in the database. It probably came from plasma levels in a study following a 2 gram or IV dose of acetaminophen, where the plasma levels at Cmax were 22.5 mg/L or larger. The RID would be about 32% at peak. Since I can't find the particular study, I've removed this RID. But it was probably associated with data from an IV study, where the RID would be quite high. Thanks for bringing this to my mind.
