    Hi there- i believe my drink may have been spiked with something; like mdma while I was at a concert. My heart was racing and I had hallucinations. I am a breastfeeding mother and am scared to nurse my 6 month old (16 lb) baby . I have not nursed her for 48 hours; luckily I have a small freezer stash. Would a negative urine test offer me some clarity as to when I can safely start the breast feeding? Thank you.

    The half-life of MDMA varies from 7-31 hours, depending on the acidity of your urine. Feeding should be interrupted for 2-6 days. Generally, for most patients, 48 hours is sufficient.
