    You message is so brief, I don't know what syndrome/parasite you are treating.

    Other anthelmintics include:

    IVERMECTIN
    ALBENDAZOLE
    THIABENDAZOLE
    PRAZIQUANTEL
    PYRANTEL

    Ivemectin is probably quite broad spectrum, and probably safe in breastfeeding mothers. But again, it all depends on the parasite you are treating.
